Most questions have a quick answer:
| Problem | Quick fix |
|---|---|
| My printed QR won't scan | Check size, finish and margin in the print guide |
| My pay link says "This transaction may be risky" | Read why payment links fail |
| Customers see a different name | Read why UPI shows a different name |
| I can't find my UPI ID | See where it is in each app |
| I lost the edit link to my page | Check "My items" in the browser you made it on; we can't recover edit links, but we can take a page down |
| Someone showed me a payment that didn't arrive | See fake payment screenshots |
| I think I've been scammed | Report it on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in straight away, and call your bank |
More answers are in the guides: finding your UPI ID, names on screen, printing, scams, limits and charges.
What to include
A QR that won't scan: which app you tried and what it said, and a photo of the printed version if it's a print problem.
A wrong handle or bank in our list: which one, and where you saw the correct information. We'd rather be corrected than wrong.
A page made with ezyupi that's being used to cheat people: use "Report this page" on the page itself, or send us its link. Pages reported several times are hidden while we review them.
Something broken: the page, your phone or browser, and what you expected to happen.
What we can't help with
A payment that hasn't arrived. ezyupi never handles money; the payment goes directly from the payer's app to your bank. We can't see it, trace it or reverse it. Your bank and the payer's UPI app can: the payer raises a complaint from the transaction in their app. If the bank doesn't resolve it within 30 days, the RBI's complaint portal is at cms.rbi.org.in.
Fraud. If money was taken, report it straight away on 1930, the national cyber crime helpline (24 hours), or at cybercrime.gov.in, and call your bank. Speed matters.
Your account or UPI PIN. We never have access to either. Nobody from ezyupi will ever ask for your PIN, OTP or card details, or call you to "verify" anything.
